Create your customized design “wish list,” gather all supporting documents ahead of time, and then plan to spend a virtual day together with rapid-fire feedback and revisions via Voxer, email, and Zoom.
We'll wrap up your Design Day with perfectly formatted, digital files for print or online use. Go from idea to files-in-hand in less than 24 hours.

How It Works
Reserve Your Day
Select a Thursday that works with your schedule. You’ll need to be available throughout the day (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Mountain) via Zoom, Voxer or email to answer questions, give feedback, and review revisions.
Prep for Your Day
Gather all content in preparation for our day. We'll hop on a 30-minute video chat two days before your Design Day to finalize the task list and details. (All content will need to be submitted for review before our prep call.)
Enjoy Your Day
We'll kick off the day at 9:00 a.m. with a quick check-in. Throughout the day, we’ll review proofs and share feedback. Breaks will be sprinkled in, and you’ll end the day with a completed checklist and huge sigh of relief!
What can we accomplish in a day?
With my undivided attention and in-depth knowledge of your current brand (not to mention all your shiny brand assets already uploaded to my computer), the VIP Design Day is custom-tailored to your specific project needs.
We’ll complete a small suite of materials (think letterhead, note cards, business cards, and thank you cards; or a fresh set of social media graphics and banners for an upcoming course or program) or one, larger, multi-page project such as a slide deck, freebie opt-in PDF, or Welcome package.
Prior to our Design Day, we’ll agree on your prioritized wish list ranging from must-haves to nice-to-haves, and, over the course of our day together, I’ll complete as many items as possible on our list. I’ll send proofs throughout the day—the quicker you turnaround revisions or approval, the more we can accomplish. For this reason, please choose a day when you won’t be tied up in meetings or other obligations. Every hour or two that you’re unavailable means delayed progress and likely a smaller list of completed files. If you have an assistant who can provide feedback and approval on your behalf, that totally works too!

10:30 a.m. - Morning break (15 minutes)
10:45 a.m. - Design block
11:45 a.m. - Design proofs presented via Zoom
Noon - Working lunch
1:15 p.m. - Afternoon break (15 minutes)
1:30 p.m. - Design block
2:30 p.m. - Finalize revisions
3:00 p.m. - Final approval
(*Exact times may vary based on project specifics and time zone differences. Depending on project complexity, final files will be delivered at end of day or first thing Friday morning via Google Drive or Canva.)
